Disclaimer(Required)
On behalf of my Organisation / Group, I have enrolled for the session on my own will and I take full responsibility for my participation. If the participant is under 18 years of age, parental approval and monitoring are required. I will NOT hold the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Indian Cultural Centre, High Commission of India in Kuala Lumpur, their representatives responsible for any health related problem / injury, if any, to me during my / our participation at the premises or any other liability. By checking the box marked "I Accept," I acknowledge that this will serve as my legally binding signature and agreement to the conditions of participation and liability waiver.
Liability and Property Damage(Required)
The user/organiser assumes all liability for any personal injury, illness, loss of life or property damage that may occur during the rental period. The Multipurpose Hall, NSCBICC and its management shall not be held responsible or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
Indemnification(Required)
The organiser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Multipurpose Hall, NSCBICC from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the hall by the organiser, their guests, contractors or attendees.
Compliance with Rules(Required)
The organiser is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all attendees. All users must comply with applicable local laws, noise ordinances and venue regulations. Failure to do so may result in the immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Damage and Cleaning(Required)
The organiser is fully responsible for leaving the hall in the same clean and orderly condition as it was received. Any damages to the fixtures, appliances or building structure will be billed directly to the organiser.
Third-Party Services(Required)
If the organiser hires third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, performers), these vendors are the sole responsibility of the organiser. The venue accepts no liability for services or goods provided by third parties.
