Membership is open to all with one time registration of NSCBICC worth RM 105.00 and library membership deposit of RM 105.00 (refundable).

Submit the following documents:

Completed membership form (can get it at the reception counter)
One passport size photograph
Photocopy of citizenship / passport / identity card
Members are allowed to borrow two books for a period of three weeks.
